The medium bristles strike a good balance—firm enough to feel like they're doing the job, but not harsh on my gums. Took it on a weekend trip and the compact head made it easy to pack without a case. For a bare-bones single toothbrush, it does exactly what it should.

I was a bit skeptical ordering a single toothbrush online, but this medium one is exactly what I needed for a quick replacement. The bristles are firm without being harsh, and the head feels compact enough to reach my back molars easily.

The medium size fits my grip perfectly and the bristles are firm enough to feel like they’re doing the job without any harsh scraping. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now and it’s held up well, no splaying or weird bending. Glad I went with the single pack first to test it out.
